The ten horns represent the common market or the European Economic Community (EEC/EU) established in 1958. It was originally comprised of Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Greece, Spain & Portugal, England & Ireland, West Germany. (Same as the ten toes spoken of in Daniel 2).
